BITTERSWEET 


True love is when you love with all your heart, 

Despite knowing the other person will depart. 

You love them still, with no expectation or gain, 

And that's the beauty of love, though it brings you pain.


Fortunate are those who find love so true, 

Yet unlucky too, for their love may not shine through. 

For they love with all their soul, but the other person may not see,

And that's the bittersweet fate of those who love unconditionally.
